        I am having a problem connecting to the site. I continuing to get the message that my email address and password are not connected.

              my password is not working. I was asked why im not using the website, yet I am.
              Each time I log in need to use the “Snappy Login Link” in order to use the website. I guess that login is not identifying me as the user.
              Please advise.
