The new format excludes me from sessions I have previously paid for.
I had graduate lessons under the old format and these have now been made unavailable.
I WILL NOT be paying the professor any extra money as I have already paid for these.
We certainly aren’t asking you to pay more money. For a few people, some information got lost in the transition to the new system. I’ve looked at your purchases in detail, and I found one item that was missed. I’ve added that to your dashboard.

John Gennsuo: We will research this and get back to you. We changed our systems completely a year ago or so, so we’ll have to go back to our archives to find out what you purchased. We’ll reply by email directly to you.
I too want to know about my previous purchases. I foolishly bought some of the recent offers and lessons I had previously purchased disappeared from my Dashboard. ALL attempts to get them back have failed so why does anybody buy anything from the cheating professor?
John Ramsbottom: I cheat NOBODY. If you are having a problem, please send us an email and/or explain exactly what the issue is. No technology is perfect. But we can fix the problem. There is no way to monitor everyone’s account 24/7/365 to make sure that everything is working perfectly. If you paid for something, you will get access. If you accidently paid for something twice, you will get a refund. It’s simple, and no one ever gets cheated.
