        I wrote Chad at the end of August because I had no communication, although I was getting on the “old” website. Then I could not get on site at all. Left a message for Chad and he gave me a new username and password. Problem solved and new site appeared.
        Recently and increasingly more difficulty getting on website again. Son who has electrical and computer engineering background gave me an ~ 7 step process to clear cookies. It is tolerable considering it is new, but it is somewhat of a nuisance and I think others are having the same problem.
        My computer is ~ 3 years old. It is an Apple Mac. I use Google Chrome but I also tried Safari.

          Hi Laura,

          I am very sorry hear about your problems with the logging in. As for clearing cache, that is something that’s helpful for your computer to prevent run time error. You may check this explanation:
