[Support request] Downloading the blank puzzles

I am a subscriber, but cannot find the link to downloading the 3 types of blank puzzles. Also, a couple of days ago, using one of the emails (which I can no longer find), I did try to fill in one of the puzzles, but after typing in a title, the cursor never went to the first square, so I could not enter the numbers of a puzzle I wanted to re-try.
