I am attempting to watch this video, and all I get is a blank screen. Audio is fine, but no video. I have tried all the solutions listed in the FAQ section, to no avail. I have looked through the forum and do not find a similar problem. I am a newbie. Can anyone offer a solution?

        Thanks.

I apologize for not trying another video before I posted my issue. I will certainly do that the next time. The bad news is that none of the videos are showing. I get a black screen on any video I try. Hopefully, someone else has had this experience, too. If so, maybe you can offer me some suggestions.

            Hi Ed,

It sounds like, perhaps, your Adobe Flash player needs to be updated. Here is the link to the website to download a new Flash player (it’s free):

I hope this helps. Thank you 🙂

I already had the most up-to-date version of Flash Player, so I just reinstalled from the Adobe website. Having done this, I am having the same results as before. I have been using the free videos for a couple of weeks, and this is the first time to access a video after becoming a member. Would there be any difference in the free videos and the members videos? I am obviously frustrated and want to be able to continue to learn more about Sodoku, but unless I can resolve this problem, I would have no option but to get a refund (this is not my desired choice, but I don’t know where to turn next. Does anyone have any other suggestions?

Well, I have found a workable solution. I switched to Firefox (from Chrome), and the videos now work. I would prefer to have found a solution that would enable me to use Chrome, since every thing else I do is through Chrome, but at least for the time being, I am able to continue with my Sudoku lessons.

I would appreciate if anyone has an add-on for Chrome that would enable me to move back and use it for this along with all other programs.
