[Support request] Non-Updating for Doctorate Module 620

My progress isn’t getting updated starting with Module 620 Series even though I completed all the objectives for Lessons 621-624. This is then (probably) preventing the rest of the modules in my Doctorate program from updating as well.

Can someone look into this problem for me? I’m having difficulty monitoring my progress through the program.
