[Support request] Trouble accessing videos – please help

I am not able to access the videos. I signed up for three months and have sent multiple emails about this issue but have not heard back from anyone. I tried to copy and paste what I see but this page will not let me do this. So, I have attached a document with the ‘copy and paste’ snapshot. Please help! Is there a phone number I can call so we can get this fixed asap. Thanks, Wanda
